Producers, Sponsors & Out of Area Producers
Producer:
A producer is a legal resident of a franchise area serviced by a PATV15 Facility who has been through the membership process and either produces a show at a PATV15 Facility or submits shows they feel are of interest to others in the community.
A Producer may also submit shows as a local sponsor at the request of an "Out of Area Producer". As sponsor they are responsible for all communications with the PATV15 staff regarding the sponsored show(s).
Out of Area Producer:
An Out of Area Producer is a person who lives outside the franchise area serviced by a PATV15 Facility who either produces a show in their area that they would like to air on a PATV15 channel or submits shows they feel are of interest to others in the community. A local sponsor is required to do both. Unfortunately PATV15 staff can't recommend possible sponsors
PATV15 broadcasts using a server based playback system. Digital file downloads of program episodes are preferred but DVDs are accepted.
DVDs must be hand delivered to PATV15 facilities, no mailings please.

Video file formats accepted for program upload.
With state of the art editing suites, remote camera equipment and professional studios, we offer you the ability & freedom to produce television programming of your own creation to share with your community and beyond. The subject matter is entirely up to you. All shows produced and submitted to Cox PATV15 are broadcast on Cox Public Access channel 15 in the corresponding franchise area.
